The tech pack checklist factories actually ask for

A tech pack is the document a factory quotes and builds from. When it is incomplete, you pay for it in extra sample rounds and in a bulk delivery that does not match what you approved.

At a minimum a factory needs: a technical sketch with construction detail, a full points-of-measure sheet with tolerances, a graded size specification, a bill of materials naming every fabric and trim with references rather than descriptions, labelling and packing instructions, and a stated quality standard including the defect classification.

The single most common gap is tolerance. Approved means nothing unless the factory knows how many millimetres of variation is acceptable at each point of measure, and which sample is the gold seal that bulk must match.
